Edellin Home Services Inc. – Home Appliance Repair Terms and Conditions

1. Service Overview: Edellin Home Services Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “Edellin") provides home appliance repair services to customers seeking assistance with the repair of their domestic appliances.

2. Service Scope: Edellin’s home appliance repair services cover a variety of household appliances, including but not limited to refrigerators, washing machines, dryers, ovens, dishwashers, and more. The extent of the service is limited to repair and maintenance.

3. Scheduling and Appointments: Customers are required to schedule appointments for home appliance repair services through Edellin’s designated channels. A service fee may apply for appointments canceled without a minimum notice of 24 hours.

4. Service Charges and Estimates: The customer acknowledges that charges for services rendered will include both labor and any necessary replacement parts. Edellin will provide a detailed estimate before commencing any repair work. The customer agrees to pay the specified charges upon completion of the repair.

5. Payment Terms: Payment for home appliance repair services is due immediately upon completion of the job. Edellin accepts various forms of payment, including cash, credit cards, and other electronic payment methods.

6. Warranty: Edellin provides a 7 days warranty on labor and a separate warranty on replacement parts used in the repair. The warranty period commences from the date of completion of the repair. The warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials but does not cover subsequent damage caused by misuse or unauthorized repair attempts.

7. Customer Responsibilities: Customers are responsible for providing accurate information about the appliance in need of repair. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that a responsible adult is present at the scheduled appointment time. Inaccurate or misleading information may result in additional charges.

8. Limitation of Liability: Edellin is not liable for any consequential or incidental damages arising from the use or inability to use the repaired appliance. The customer acknowledges that Edellin’s liability is limited to the cost of the repair service.

9. Termination of Service: Edellin reserves the right to refuse service if the technician deems the appliance irreparable or if the customer’s behavior is deemed unsafe or hostile.

10. Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of jurisdiction. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts.

By availing Edellin’s home appliance repair services, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions. Edellin reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, and customers will be notified of any changes.
